How To Refer A Patient - Information for GPs/Health Care Professionals

If you like to refer a patient for advice or routine assessment, please ask for an outpatient clinic appointment. Consultants are available every day, clinics are run Monday - Thursday and our secretaries will welcome your calls, during working hours, on 0121 333 8250 or Fax 0121 333 8251 (9am-5pm)

If you like to contact our team for urgent advice or referral, please ask to liaise with the on-call liver registrar on 0121 333 9999. Alternatively, (office hours) you can also contact our secretary team (0121 333 8250).

If you want to refer a patient for surgical advice or care, please contact (office hours) either the specialist registrar on 0121 333 9999 (Bleep 55267) or the surgical secretary on 0121 333 8264. Out of hours, please ask for the consultant or the liver registrar on-call, at 0121 333 9999.
